2021 is an atypical year for The Office of the Ombudsman for the Postal Sector. On the one hand, we notice a significant decrease in the type of complaints that has characterized the postal sector for years. On the other hand, The Office of the Ombudsman for the Postal Sector received 1558 customs clearance complaints from recipients related to packages imported in the European Union. A fourfold increase compared to the operating year of 2020.
